Vincent Moulden

Director of Community Engagement & Constituent Services at the Anne Arundel County Executive's Office

A lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, Vincent Moulden attended Annapolis Senior High School and then earned an internship with a local association management firm. There he worked his way from intern to executive director of the state-wide association and managed the marketing initiatives of 12 other associations. Vincent is currently a Community Engagement Officer at the Anne Arundel County Executive’s Office where he represents the County Executive at inter-agency meetings, community association meetings, and community events; reports community problems or issues; identifies options and solutions to the issues raised by the community, as well as a number of other responsibilities.

Vincent has extensive experience in email marketing and automation, video editing, website maintenance, database management, social media marketing, and inbound and content marketing. He is also experienced in volunteer management, budgeting, meetings and events management, customer service, fundraising, team leadership, and project management.

Vincent has served as a volunteer grant reviewer for CFAAC’s Women and Girls Fund and Environment Anne Arundel Fund and enjoys volunteering his free time to contribute to his community. He currently sits on the Ethics Commission for the City of Annapolis. He also serves on the board for the Chesapeake Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
