Each workshop is offered twice — once in-person and once virtual.  The workshops include Grant Writing and Fundraising Readiness; Program Outcomes and Evaluation; Succession Planning; Nonprofit Organizational Financial Management; and Leadership Mindset: Leading Teams with Intentionality Around Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. All five in-person workshops will also be offered as a virtual workshop the week after the original in-person workshop.
