Scholarships Available for Anne Arundel County High School Seniors

Annual Scholarships Available at CFAAC

Education is vital to the growth and future of every person. Each year, CFAAC partners with local philanthropists to administer scholarships for deserving Anne Arundel County high school students striving for advanced education. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, over $300,000 in scholarships have been awarded since 2009 to more than 100 students. Scholarships range from $1,200 - $10,000 and each has unique eligibility requirements.

The Herzberg – Wild Scholarship Fund

Established in honor of Lance Corporal Eric Herzberg, USMC, and Lance Corporal William Taylor Wild, IV, USMC. He was killed in action in Al Anbar, Iraq on October 21, 2006. Taylor deployed to both Afghanistan and

Kuwait. He died in a mortar explosion during a training exercise at Hawthorne Army Depot on March 18, 2013.

Scholarships honoring their memories will be awarded to two Anne Arundel County public high school seniors who demonstrate the qualities celebrated by the U.S. Marines: honor, courage and commitment. The deadline for applications is April 3, 2017To download an application click here
